Yes. You can join landing even if you currently have another primary care provider. If you decide to make landing your primary care home, we can help make the transition as seamless as possible.

Prescription medications are not included in the membership fee. Landing can prescribe medications when medically appropriate and insurance will cover most of these orders. Alternatively, for patients without insurance, Landing can help you explore affordable options when available.

Routine lab testing is not automatically included in the monthly membership. When testing is needed, we will help you understand your options and costs whenever possible before testing is performed. Insurance typically covers most common labs ordered at Landing. Some testing may be available through Landing at transparent, discounted cash prices.

When specialty care is needed, Landing can help coordinate your care and make appropriate referrals. Your membership does not cover the cost of care provided by an outside specialist.

When an in person evaluation is needed and a home visit is appropriate, Landing can bring care to you within our service area. Home visits are available for members for a transparent fee.

Yes. Our $180/month Family Membership is designed for parents or legal guardians and their dependent children within the same household. There is no cap for dependent children; a family of 4 pays the same as a family of 6.

Yes. Landing requires no commitment and is based on a month-to-month billing cycle. If you voluntarily cancel and decide to return within 12 months, re-enrollment is subject to availability and a re-enrollment fee equal to 2 months of your current membership rate.

Landing Health is available for employers, too! This service can be purchased and the cost shared with employees as part of the offered benefit package. Employees would then have access to a primary care provider on their terms, helping to reduce lost time and address illness and injury the day it happens.

Landing Health is a membership based primary care practice designed to make healthcare more personal, accessible, and convenient. Members have access to virtual care, direct messaging, preventative and ongoing primary care, and home visits when appropriate; all built around a smaller, more connected patient-practice relationship.

Landing Health as a direct-pay membership practice, so we will not bill insurance for your membership or covered Landing services. You can still use your health insurance for medications, outside labs, imaging, specialist, hospital care, and other services outside of Landing. We recommend maintaining health insurance for these larger healthcare needs.

Landing Health is opening in Southwest Ohio with a flexible model build around virtual care and home visits rather than a traditional office based experience. Our initial home visit service area will be announced as we get closer to opening. A more traditional office space is on the horizon as we continue to grow.

If you join our interest list, we will use the information you provide to keep you updated about Landing Health, including opening dates, membership availability, and Founding Member opportunities. Joining the list does not enroll you in a membership or require payment, and we will never sell your information.

Yes. Landing Health is designed to complement, not replace, health insurance. We recommend maintaining health insurance for services such as emergency care, hospitalization, specialist visits, imaging, procedures, and other major medical expenses.

No. Joining the Early Interest List simply lets us know you are interested. There is no payment required and no obligation to enroll. We will contact you with more information as Landing gets closer to opening.

Yes. Beginning in 2026, HSA funds may be used to pay for membership fees for qualifying direct primary care arrangements. Landing health is being structured as a direct primary care membership practice, with membership options designed to meet applicable federal requirements. Landing Health happily accepts HSA benefits at this time.
